If you got mad at a customer service representative recently, you were not alone. At least 70 percent of those surveyed in a U.S. poll “experienced rage” in trying to get some sort of customer complaint resolved. 27% said they spent more than eight hours, in the course of four calls, to get their problem resolved. 47% said the time they spent complaining wasn’t worth it anyway.
