The two country music artists, Faith & Martini will be lending their support for babies and their families at the Baptist Hospital Foundation in Nashville on October 26th. The event is called, “Rock the Cradle.”
The performances will start at 8 p.m. and then the live auction will begin. All profits will support babies born at Baptist Hospital and the Beaman Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
“This is a causal, fun event that offers the chance to listen to some of Nashville’s best country artists in an intimate setting. Many of those who will perform have a personal connection with Baptist Hospital,” said Bernie Sherry, president and CEO of Baptist Hospital.
About 10 percent of the 7,000 babies born at Baptist Hospital each year need several days or months of intensive care, which is provided in the neonatal intensive care unit. (NICU). Funding has helped to renovate and equip the hospital’s NICU, provide continuing education for nurses, and assist families with babies in the NICU.
