Ronnie Dunn, Country Music's Most Established Freshman
Now that the well established duo of [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Brooks & Dunn[/lastfm] has separated, [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Ronnie Dunn[/lastfm] is now a solo artist and well, a new kid on the country music block, a freshman if you will. It’s almost like having to go back to school after graduationg. So just how is he handling being “new”?
I think I would have a case of the nerves if I had been with a singing partner for years and then journeyed out on my own. Starting over, no matter what the cause or situation, can give you the jitters.
[photogallerylink id=12237]Ronnie Dunn is the new freshman on campus. Ya know, those are words I never thought would be together in a sentence! His new, first ever solo album is scheduled to be released June 7th. Does Ronnie have any anxiety about being a freshman on the country music scene?
His firt solo single “Bleed Red” is an awesome song and will be on his debut solo album. If you missed it, here’s Ronnie singing it live at the ACM’s. I think he seems a little nervous to be on his own, but I also think he did a great job! What do you think?
