Scotty McCreery got a huge surprise Saturday during his homecoming concert in Garner, N.C. — a big country star surprised the American Idol finalist on-stage and then they performed two songs together!

This is the weekend they fly the three Idol finalists to their hometowns. It’s usually a whirlwind of interviews, proclamations from the mayor and a concert in front of hometown fans. It was all that and more for Scotty.

Yep. [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Josh Turner[/lastfm] walks on-stage during Scotty’s performance and Scotty gets the surprise of a lifetime. Scotty auditioned for Idol with Josh’s song “Your Man,” and Scotty’s deep voice is certainly reminiscent of Mr. Turner’s.
