To most people, the number 19 is meaningless.  But to [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Brad Paisley[/lastfm], the number is music to his ears!  Only a week after the release of his ninth studio album, This Is Country Music, Brad’s “Old Alabama” has been No. 1 on the charts for two weeks straight!

“Old Alabama” is the second single off of his 9th studio album, and the song is his 19th career No. 1 hit!

Brad Paisley, This Is Country MusicThis Is Country Music is one of my favorite albums in a while, and is Brad’s first since 2009.  He has a handful of special appearances on the album as well.  Of course we all know [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Alabama[/lastfm] took part in “Old Alabama.”  But the other special appearances on the album are with [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Carrie Underwood[/lastfm] (the duet, “Remind Me”), [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Don Henley[/lastfm] (“Love Her Like She’s Leavin'”), [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Blake Shelton[/lastfm] (“Don’t Drink the Water”), [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Marty Stuart[/lastfm], [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Sheryl Crow[/lastfm], and [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Carl Jackson[/lastfm] (“Life’s Railway to Heaven“) and [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Clint Eastwood[/lastfm] (the instrumental, “Eastwood”).  You can read more about the new album, here!
