[photogallerylink id=6796 align=right] A decade ago,[lastfm link_type="artist_info"] Tim McGraw[/lastfm] and wife [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Faith Hill[/lastfm] were just like [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Keith Urban [/lastfm]and Nicole Kidman are today! Taking their babies along on tour…with each carrying a little kid on the hip or in their arms! But Tim says life is much different now, with his oldest daughter Gracie about to start high school!
Tim talked to CMT News about how his girls have grown up so fast, especially his oldest daughter Gracie who will start high school this year. Tim sounded like any other ‘proud Daddy’ when he described his first-born daughter Gracie to Alison Bonaguro of CMT News:
“She’s changed, she just grew up all of a sudden in the last year. She’s 5-foot-6 or 5-foot-7 and looks like a beach volleyball player. She plays lacrosse, but she’s really, really involved in school theater. That’s her main focus, besides school. So she’ll be going to a school with a great theater program, obviously.
You can probably imagine what life is like now for Tim & Faith, with a houseful of teen and pre-teen girls….their youngest daughter Audrey is only 9, with two big sisters around, she is probably wise beyond her years! You would think with all that estrogen that surrounds him, Tim would like to escape the drama that comes with having ‘all girls’, but Tim says it’s actually the opposite! Tim says, “The older I get, the more I want to stay home. I like my bed. And the bus is … it’s still a bus.”
Of course you love your teenagers, but I would still bet a dollar that Tim & Faith both can seriously relate to [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Martina McBride[/lastfm]‘s latest song “Teenage Daughters”
