Gary and stylist Renee Layher joined needle and thread to stitch up the holes they saw in Nashville’s wardrobe.
But seriously, the two partnered to open a high-end men’s store called The Label in Nashville’s 12th South District. 2222 12th Avenue South, to be exact. Custom suits, shirts, leather jackets, jewelry and furniture are among the items sold in the store. Gary says: “It’s hard to find people that do really custom stuff so that you’re not wearing something that somebody else is wearing an still feel like it’s a flavor that you want.” He goes on to say: “I think there’s a big hole for that here in Nashville.” The Label opens tomorrow.
