The lead single from [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Lady Antebellum[/lastfm]‘s third album “Own The Night” took the charts by storm. Just a video of the audio has almost 2 million views on YouTube. This heartwarming video shows the love between two people, one of which leaves the other after some time spent together in Europe. It begins with a guy holding up a sign that says “Don’t leave me” in French on an iPad left for the girl.
“We love writing songs from personal experience, and this is definitely one of those songs,” Hillary tells The Boot. “There is so much excitement at the beginning of a new relationship … all the butterflies and that optimistic feeling that this person could be ‘the one.’ This song is about one of those times when your brain kicks in and tells your heart ‘good things are worth waiting for.‘ ” And the debut of this new single was definitely worth waiting for.
