[photogallerylink id=52297 align=right] [lastfm link_type=""]Miranda Lambert[/lastfm] recently brought her husband [lastfm link_type=""]Blake Shelton[/lastfm] to his knees and reduced him to tears. You see the couple co-wrote Miranda’s song Over You, its about the death of Blake’s brother who was killed in a car crash twenty-one years ago.
“But you went away / How dare you / I miss you / They say I’ll be OK / I’m not going to ever get over you,” Lambert sings during the chorus. The song will make it hard for anyone who’s recently lost a loved one.
“Livin’ alone here in this place / I think of you and I’m not afraid / You’re favorite records make me feel better / Cause you sing along with every song.” Lambert said this song is strongly being considered as the follow up single to ‘Baggage Claim.’ Miranda also said that Blake didn’t want to put it on his album. “He said he’d rather me have it.” “Mainly because he wasn’t sure he could get through it every night onstage. It’s one of our favorite songs.”
