He may not be as well known as [lastfm link_type=""]Keith Urban[/lastfm], [lastfm link_type=""]Eric Clapton[/lastfm], or [lastfm link_type=""]Brad Paisley[/lastfm], but he does know his way around a guitar. [lastfm link_type=""]Brent Anderson[/lastfm] has been playing since he was a child and the guitar truly is one of his passions.
Brent and Brad Paisley have written several songs together, and Brad stopped into the recording studio last week as Brent was recording a song for his upcoming album. As it turned out, Brad had a crew following him for a feature on ABC’s Nightline, and Brent ended up with a cameo in the story! Brent tells us when he got “hooked” on the guitar:
“I started playin’ guitar when I was eight years old. I started playin’ bass guitar first, actually, ’cause my dad played bass. And I played that for a couple years, and then he had a old Takamine I learned to play acoustic on. And the first time you play a song you can recognize, you know, that’s a feeling like no other.”
