Hip-hip, hooray!  Jake Owen hits it out of the park, again.  Jake hit the top of the Billboard country chart last week with his consecutive numero-uno single, Alone with You.

Besides having great music to record people love Jake because he’s a genuinely down to earth people person.  Whether it was when he was calling fans on the phone to find out what they thought of his latest album, recently helping a high-school guy get his dream prom date via Twitter, or tweeting out an invitation to his boat or breakfast at the Waffle House, Jake just loves to reach out.   Jake just loves to reach out:  “I just like talkin’ to people. I like to learn about folks. I like to make new friends, and I like to hear what they think. If they think that I should put a song out that’s better than this one or that one, I mean, people are gonna tell you the truth, and I just…I like connectin’ with people.”
