Fun N’ Sun Toyota Country Concert artist, Ronnie Dunn, is not only an avid storyteller through his music, but he’s also an avid art collector. Ronnie’s converted barn is filled with art depicting the Southwest and his home is decorated with artwork from other countries including Russia.
According to a recent interview The Boot had with Dunn about his collection, Dunn stated, “I’m very much involved in art. I started buying art a few years ago and really like the work of T.C. Cannon, who is a native American artist. Then I was introduced to Soviet-era Russian impressionism and started collecting that, especially Gely Korzhev.”
Ronnie has taken his love and respect for art to a new level and had co-founded the Museum of Russian Art in Minneapolis with his friend, Jay Johnson.
You can see Ronnie Dunn in concert on April 22 as he takes the stage as part of WQYK’s Annual Fun N’ Sun Toyota Country Concert in Coachman Park. General Admission is FREE with reserved seats starting at $20. Reserved Seats are available now online. Click here to purchase tickets.
