The contestants on The Voice are in the middle of an intense battle to win the approval of the coaches and the viewers; every performance is a nerve racking do-or-die scenario, but two of next week’s performers aren’t too worried about impressing the coaches, because they are coaches! Will you turn your chair for Blake Shelton and Christina Aguilera when they perform next week, along side the four remaining artists on their teams?

Erin Willett, Jermaine Paul, RaeLynn and Jordis Unga, from “Team Blake” will perform with Blake. Christina Aguilera will perform with the remaining members of her team, Ashley De La Rosa, Jesse Campbell, Chris Mann and Lindsey Pavao.

Although they play the part of tense rivals on the hit reality show, Blake told MTV News that he and Christina have developed a real friendship on, and off the set.

Blake told MTV, “We hang out a little bit, it’s different out there in Los Angeles, and I don’t really fit in on the scene, but there’s been a time or two, normally during the live episodes. We’ll get together almost every night, all the coaches, believe it or not.”

Blake recalls the first party he and Miranda Lambert threw at their California home, “I had a party last year at my house. And I’ll be damned if the first person at my door wasn’t Christina Aguilera! We love our house parties on ‘The Voice.’”
