After debuting his latest single “Over” on The Voice earlier this spring, Blake Shelton is now unveiling the new video for the song. The video debuted today on CMT.

The video for “Over” was directed by Roman White, who was profiled on CMT this week in a series of four video webisodes.
The webisodes are funny, with Blake and Roman bickering back and forth and talking behind each others’ backs (“What are you, Richie Rich?” Roman says at one point, as Blake rolls the tinted car window up in his face). And, of course, it’s all in good fun.
“Over” itself, though, gets pretty intense. The song is about a man pleading to know what he has to do to win over the woman he loves. And the video itself illustrates the burn inside with a literal fire–which was set in the desert during sundown.
Watch “Over” and all the related webisodes on CMT.com.
