Jake Owen had this to say about married life and traveling with his wife. “I got married not too long ago, and it’s awesome. She’s great. She follows me out on the road a lot, rides the bus along, so it’s really cool to have, like, your best friend (slash) person-you-love-most-in-life go everywhere with you. And she…when I…you know, it’s time for me to go to work, I go to work, and then when it’s time for me to get on the bus and ride to the next, you know, city or wherever, I’ve always got her there with me. It’s pretty cool, you know? My dog used to just ride with me, and it was just me and my dog. But now I’ve got my dog and my wife. So, it’s good, man. I’m a lucky man, that’s for sure.”
