Blake Shelton is not a shy guy. Just take a gander at his Twitter account for proof of that.

So when the country star and Voice coach was approached (er, ambushed?) by TMZ while leaving the Pink Taco in Hollywood Wednesday night, Blake didn’t balk at answering their probing questions.

And, in fact, he gave them more than they probably bargained for.

The Blake questions included: What’s his favorite type of turkey to shoot? Does he drink on the show? And what do pickup trucks and George Strait songs have in common?

Yes, he’s a bawdy guy–but compared to some of the things he tweets out on a daily basis (or puts on TV), this streetside interview was very PG.

Blake had good reason to celebrate, by the way, since Cassadee Pope from Team Blake came out on top during the season three finale of The Voice last night.

Blake’s latest CD Cheers, It’s Christmas is in stores now.
