What do you do when you’re a little known country music singer and you’re nominated for a fan voted ACM award? If you’re Sunny Sweeney you make a clever video that showcases your talent and makes people want to vote for you.

Sunny has quite a sense of humor as her Tweeter (@GettinSweenered) fans know. Therefore, it comes as no surprise that the most clever “will you vote for me video” has come from her. Watch the video below. BTW – her video is a parody of an old “Saturday Night Live” bit with Justin Timberlake and Andy Samburg called “D— in a Box”.

Sunny is up against Jana Kramer and Kacey Musgraves for the ACM’s New Female Vocalist. Lee Brice, Brantley Gilbert and Hunter Hayes are up for New Male Vocalist. Florida Georgia Line, Love and Theft and Thompson Square will duke it out for New Vocal Duo or Group.

The winner in each category will be announced in February, with the three going on to compete for New Artist of the Year at the live April 7 broadcast. Fan voting begins Monday, Jan. 21 and runs through Feb 3. You may vote once a day.
