Yours truly is an admitted newcomer to country music. After the Strawberry Festival and last night’s mega-concert with Kacey Musgraves, Eli Young Band, Eric Church and Kenny Chesney, country’s won me over.

The awesome energy from the tailgaters in the parking lot, the cold “drink in my hand,” and horrendous American Idol reject round vocal efforts from the rest of the No Shoes Nation residents in Section 333 made yesterday unforgettable.
