Trisha’s always looked great but now she looks even better. She showed off her curves and smaller waistline and a spokesperson told E that she amped up her workouts, but still continues to eat richer foods only less of them. “Trisha has always been a successful, shapely bombshell. Recently she has taken her fitness routine to a new level,” her spokesperson says. “One of the ways she has done that is by mixing it up and making exercising fun. Trisha, as you know hosts the Southern Kitchen, a cooking show. She still makes her traditional recipes like mac and cheese and country quiche, but those dishes are balanced with the moderation she has always spoken about.” The 48-year-old stunner told People she’s been eating “very little sugar” and estimated she’d lost “about 20 pounds.” “Real people battle their weight,” she said. “We all struggled between eating healthy and falling off the wagon.
