Sheryl Crow‘s first country album of her career - Feels Like Home – isn’t due out until Sept. 10 and already she made the transition from pop/rock to country seem easy.

In less than six months Crow’s first single Easy has become a major country hit, she has preformed at NASCAR‘s Pepsi 400 at Daytona and is planning a fall tour with Gary Allan.

Above is a live version of ‘Best Of Times‘ – another song from the new album and hopefully the second single from the unreleased album.

‘Best Of Times’ is an up-tempo southern rock tune with more of the edge and political statements we are so used to hearing from the nine-time Grammy winner.

This song kicks and it proves to me that Crow has finally found her true home in country music.
