When Miranda Lambert recently showed up on stage looking a whole lot slimmer, fans noticed and everyone was asking her how she did it! Turning 30 was part of the motivation. Lambert mentioned in a People Magazine interview that  she “wanted to prove that she’s dedicated to her career in every way possible.” So Miranda brought a personal trainer on the road with her and did plenty of cardio and circuit training and cut portion sizes in half. One of the singers “sin foods” had to go, and that was Cheeto’s. But Lambert says she didn’t give up drinking because “you have to drink to put up with my husband!” Meanwhile husband Blake Shelton said “He never had a problem with any way she looked at any point. She is beautiful to him at any size and every size.”
