Country Stars React to Paul Walker’s Untimely Death
Actor Paul Walker was just 40 years old when his life tragically came to an end on November 30, 2013. The horrific car crash that took the Fast and Furious actor’s life also killed race car driver Roger Rodas.
Since the news of his passing, many country artists have taken to Twitter to pay their respects. “So unbelievably sad,” wrote Lady Antebellum’s Hillary Scott. “Heartbroken,” said Jana Kramer. Chase Rice was especially moved by the connection Walker had with his 15-year-old daughter Meadow, retweeting an emotional note from her and writing that her deep loss “just hurts to see.”

The investigation into the deaths of Walker and Rodas is ongoing. While speed is believed to have been a factor, autopsies may begin as early as today, according to CBS Los Angeles, to determine the exact cause of death and to positively ID the victims.
Walker is survived by his 15-year-old daughter Meadow, who also shared a heartfelt message:
