If you watched The American Country Awards recently you probably noticed how emotional LeAnn Rimes got when she sang “Crazy.” The awards show recognized the 50th Anniversary of Patsy Cline’s death. Rimes told Entertainment tonight that she once got advice from her guitarist to “think about sex when you start to cry during a performance.” Well, that didn’t keep LeAnn from choking up! She said she noticed audience members crying during her performance of “Crazy” and she “just couldn’t hold back the tears.” Rimes was called “the next Patsy Cline” when she first launched her career also said Patsy meant a big deal to her and had been a big influence.
