Garth Brooks Defends Concert Wardrobe
If you’ve ever see Garth Brooks live, you are probably familiar with his on stage attire. But Brooks who is now doing shows in Las Vegas was seen on his new DVD wearing a hoodie, baseball hat, jeans, and work boots on stage. When asked if this was his intended attire, the “Blame It All On My Roots” singer said absolutely not. Garth explained that he was working on his tractor when a call from Steve Wynn’s office forced him to rush to the airport. He said he “looked like crap, was wearing work boots and smelled like diesel fuel.” Brooks said he showed up for the sound check like this, but didn’t intend to look that way for the show. Wynn thought this was all part of the act and loved it. In the end, Garth didn’t explain what he plans to wear for his upcoming tour this coming Fall, but you can bet he wont be smelling like fuel!
