Get Juiced And Healthy With Reba McEntire’s Juicing Lifestyle
Lately it seems that many celebs including Reba McEntire are getting into the newest craze in dieting and getting healthy…juicing with vegetables.
Reba McEntire recently told ‘Country Weekly‘ she begins each day with a juice that includes more vegetables than fruit since there’s more sugar in fruit. She said that juicing gives your digestive system a break because it doesn’t have to digest the juice.
Does this sounds disgusting to you? Do yourself and your body a favor, consider the benefits…losing weight and getting rid of cholesterol meds.
If you are so inclined to follow Reba’s advice here is a recipe for a veggie juice I found. When making this juice below keep in mind most people who juice use machines that remove the pulp from the liquid.
2 Whole Granny Smith Apples
4 Celery Stalks
6 Kale Leaves
1/2 Inch Piece of Fresh Ginger Root.
