7-Year Old Asks for Dragon
When 7-year old Australian Sophie Lester asked her father for a Dragon for Christmas, he told her he couldn’t get her one. But he suggested she ask Australia’s national science agency if they could.
She was extremely detailed in her request, explaining she’d use a bandage if it were hurt and even had names picked out: Toothless for a girl, and Stuart for a boy.
Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Organization could only reply with an apology, citing all they’ve done for Australia and regretting the lack of dragons on that list.
