Darius Rucker kicked off 2014 with a GRAMMY Award and new music. In an interview with Radio.com, Rucker talked of the prestige being nominated for a GRAMMY brings and his new single “Miss You,” which hits radio today, Feb. 3.

Rucker is still flying high after winning his third GRAMMY (and his first as a country artist) for Best Country Solo Performance for “Wagon Wheel.”

“It means the world to me,” he told Radio.com. “I think that song is such a classic song and it deserves all the praises of a GRAMMY nomination that comes with it.”

So where is he putting his new GRAMMY?

“Right next to my other two. It will be right here in my main room, [in a] trophy case that we can see. I’ll be real proud of it.”
