Country music fans are pretty upset as controversial HBO talk show host Bill Maher used the CMA Awards as the platform for one of his left sided opinionated jokes. Maher, a gun control advocate, last week joked that conservatives were planning a mass shooting at The CMA Awards in response to the large gay wedding that took place at the Grammy’s last month. “Now that the liberals have forwarded their agenda by inserting a mass gay wedding into the Grammy’s, conservatives must match them tit for tat by having a mass shooting at The CMA Awards.” Maher also took aim at Duck Dynasty’s Willie Robertson’s red, white, and blue bandana saying “suddenly everyone’s okay with the 1840’s gold prospector sweating goose grease into the stars and stripes.” How does this guy Maher stay on the air? This isn’t the first time he has offended thousands of people. A few months ago he said he didn’t understand why people were making such a big deal out of the Boston Marathon bombing’s, because there are car bombs overseas every day. Three people killed and 264 maimed and wounded last April in those terrorist style bombings.
