Hunter Hayes Will Perform 10 Concerts In 24 Hours For Guinness Record
Hunter Hayes is going to get very little sleep May 9 & 10 as he attempts to break a Guinness Book of World Records record for the most concerts played in multiple cities in a 24-hour period.
The 22-year old country star will perform an exhausting 10 concerts in 10 different cities in a 24-hour period to help bring awareness to ConAgra Food’s Child Hunger Ends Here campaign.
The sad fact is that nearly 16 million children in the U.S. face hunger every day…that’s 1 out of every five children! Good for Hunter using his star power to bring attention to this shocking fact.
The record breaking concert tour madness will begin at 8:00 a.m. with a New York City appearance on ABC’s GMA and end after a 5:00 a.m. Philadelphia concert at the Trocadero Theater.
Since Hunter Hayes is a Martin Guitar ambassador he will the perform on a Martin OM-42, which will be auctioned at the end of the ten concerts to benefit the cause.
Hayes new album “Storyline” will be available on May 6, just three days before the attempt at the world record.
