Ron Howard’s Mansion Sells HIGH
The actor known for characters he played like “Opie” on The Andy Griffith Show and “Richie Cunningham” on Happy Days sold his house for more than even he was expecting.
Ron Howard’s 17,000 square foot home on the 32-acre property in Westchester County is considered the most expensive single residential property ever sold in the community at $27.5 million.
The sale included a Victorian-style house and horse barn, and it sold for the asking price with no haggling from the buyer who paid cash and wishes to remain anoymous.
