St. Jude Radiothon 2013

THANK YOU TAMPA BAY for helping us raise $224,708 for the kids of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Your donations will continue to help support the hospital as the doctors and researchers find cures for childhood diseases and cancers.

Over the past 2 days WQYK has asked YOU to help us, help the kids and we appreciate your generosity and willingness to support this great cause. We heard inspirational stories from patients, we were introduced to families who have wonderful, touching testimonies, and we even had a special visit from Darius Rucker and listened as he shared his passion for helping the hospital.

A very special thanks to this year’s Radiothon partners including Overhead Door Company of Tampa Bay, Sun Toyota of New Port Richey, and Volunteer Ministries. Plus a big thanks to all of this year’s Angel of the Hour sponsors, Partner in Hope sponsors, and those who donated food each day.

With your help, we can continue the mission of the hospital…to ensure no family ever pays for the care their child receives. We’re looking forward to next year’s Country Cares for St. Jude Kids Radiothon. Thank you again!
